Ingredients
- 1 c. White Mountain Foods Bulgarian Yogurt
- ¾ c. whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1¼ c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten (or equivalent amount of egg substitute)
- ¼ c. vegetable oil
directions
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, honey, and salt.
- Combine the yogurt, milk, eggs, and oil.
- Pour the liquids into the dry ingredients; mix until combined.
- Ladle the batter onto a hot greased griddle.
- Fry until golden brown, flip the pancakes, and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
