Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. White Mountain Foods Bulgarian Yogurt
  • ¾ c. whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1¼ c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten (or equivalent amount of egg substitute)
  • ¼ c. vegetable oil

directions

  1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, honey, and salt.
  2. Combine the yogurt, milk, eggs, and oil.
  3. Pour the liquids into the dry ingredients; mix until combined.
  4. Ladle the batter onto a hot greased griddle.
  5. Fry until golden brown, flip the pancakes, and repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings.
