Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup White Mountain Yogurt
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil (slightly cooled)
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3 ½ oz dark chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, then mix in White Mountain Yogurt, coconut oil, water, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Fold in oats, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely, then cut into 24 bars.
