Chocolate Cranberry Oat Bars

These soft and chewy Cranberry Chocolate Oat Bars are made with White Mountain Yogurt for a tangy twist and extra moisture. Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and packed with oats, dried cranberries, and rich dark chocolate chips, they’re a wholesome treat perfect for snacking or sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda  
  • 1 large egg  
  •  ¾ cup White Mountain Yogurt  
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil (slightly cooled)
  • ¼ cup water  
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats  
  • 1 cup dried cranberries  
  • 3 ½ oz dark chocolate chips

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.       
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, then mix in White Mountain Yogurt, coconut oil, water, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.  
  5. Fold in oats, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.   
  8. Let cool completely, then cut into 24 bars.
