  • 1 cup White Mountain Yogurt
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries (or try it with mixed berries)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

  1. Layer White Mountain Yogurt and lemon curd into 4 small bowls.
  2. In another small bowl, crush the raspberries with the powdered sugar (if using) to release their juices.
  3. Layer the berry mixture on top of each serving of yogurt-lemon curd.
