- Crust Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup pretzel crumbs
- ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter
- Filling Ingredients
- 2 cups diced strawberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces White Mountain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
directions
- Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper. Spray the parchment and sides of the pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, pretzel crumbs, and brown sugar. Drizzle in the melted butter and mix until combined. Press the crumb mixture into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared springform pan. For a sturdier crust, bake at 350°F for 10 minutes (optional). Let the crust cool.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the diced strawberries and granulated sugar for about 1 minute until the sugar dissolves.
- In a large bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and White Mountain Yogurt , mixing until well combined. Stir in the strawberry mixture.
- In a separate medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no white streaks remain.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Place the pie in the freezer and let it freeze overnight.
- Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly, then slice and enjoy!
