This classic tzatziki recipe gets a probiotic boost with White Mountain Yogurt. It’s rich, tangy, and the perfect complement to grilled meats, fresh veggies, or warm pita. Made with fresh cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon, dill, and White Mountain Yogurt, this refreshing dip is as nourishing as it is flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Mountain Yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained (squeeze out excess water)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt to taste
  • Tip: Use our Whole Milk Yogurt or strain for a thicker dip or our Non-fat Yogurt for a saucier consistency.

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
