Yogurt Pumpkin Pie Bars

These creamy White Mountain Yogurt Pumpkin Pie Bars are a twist on a classic dessert. Soft, spiced, and perfectly sweet, they’re easy to make and perfect for fall snacking or holiday treats!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Mountain Yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  •  1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup flour (any choice of flour will work!)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix White Mountain Yogurt, pumpkin puree, honey, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Refrigerate for extra firmness.
  7. Serve chilled with a dollop of extra yogurt on top for a creamy finish.
