Yogurt Pumpkin Pie Bars

- 1 cup White Mountain Yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup flour (any choice of flour will work!)
- 1/4 tsp salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix White Mountain Yogurt, pumpkin puree, honey, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Refrigerate for extra firmness.
- Serve chilled with a dollop of extra yogurt on top for a creamy finish.
